Description of Service

SciDrawer AI is an AI-powered platform that generates scientific figures from a text prompt, sketch, or reference image. Generated figures are intended for use in research papers, academic books, and presentations (such as conference slides or PPTs). You may select output resolution and quality per generation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
• Use the service to fabricate, misrepresent, or falsify scientific data, results, or findings. SciDrawer AI is a visualization aid — it does not generate data, and you are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of any research it is used to illustrate.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the prompts and reference images you submit, and of the figures you generate through your account, subject to the license grants below. The service itself — including its models, software, branding, and documentation — is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License to Us

You grant us a limited license to process your prompts, reference images, and generated outputs solely to operate and improve the service. We do not claim ownership over your generated outputs.

Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance for the selected billing period. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in line with our refund policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service. SciDrawer AI generates figures for visualization purposes; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before use in any publication, and for ensuring they accurately represent your underlying research.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
